Jared Smith

Jared Smith is a 17 year veteran IT sales executive that has supported the digital transformation of multiple US Government Agencies, contracting more than $119M in revenue and $6M in profit in a single year. After a successful career in IT as well as stock portfolio investing, Jared invested over $70,000 in continued education from nation-wide real estate education and mastermind programs before establishing his four real estate firms that specialize in vacant land investing, residential real estate, private lending, and multifamily investing. He has completed over 40 transactions for over $7M in gross revenue in the last three years. Jared Smith is the founder and Managing Member of Blue Ridge Capital LLC, and oversees the company’s asset management and investor relations activities. He also directs Blue Ridge Capital’s overall investment strategy with the guidance of the Advisory Board.

Gino Barbaro is an investor, business owner, author and entrepreneur. He has grown his real estate portfolio to over 1600 multifamily units. He is the co-founder of Jake & Gino, a multifamily real estate education company that offers coaching and training in real estate founded upon their proprietary framework of Buy Right, Manage Right & Finance Right.
He is the best-selling author of two books, Wheelbarrow Profits and Family, Food and the Friars, and graduated from IPEC (Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching) where he earned his designation as a Certified Professional Coach. He currently resides in St. Augustine, Florida with his wife Julia and their six children.
Bill Ham

Bill is the owner/operator of Phoenix Residential Group and Phoenix Residential Management. He has been in the real estate business for 15 years and has created a portfolio of over 1,100 units while growing Phoenix Management to a team of 15 staff members. He has taught real estate for the past 6 years and has dozens of highly successful students. Bill uses his extensive real estate experience to teach his students the “real” side of real estate.

With over 14 years of experience in real estate, Pace Morby has mastered the art and science of creative finance. Pace co-hosted Triple Digit Flip, a TV show on A&E that showcases how to make $100,000 or more on fix-and-flip projects using creative finance strategies. He also owns PCGS Management, a general contracting firm, and several other companies focused on real estate including a title company, virtual assistant company, and a property management company.
